Meghan pursued higher education at Chapman University, continuing her soccer career while exploring her interest in film. She graduated from the Dodge School of Film in 2018. Her professional journey in animation began at Parent Lab in Palo Alto. She later joined DreamWorks Animation in Glendale, contributing to projects like Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous and Orion and the Dark as a production coordinator. ​

In 2019, Meghan was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and underwent a bone marrow transplant. Despite her courageous battle, she passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 26. Her dedication and spirit left a lasting impact on her colleagues and the projects she worked on.​

Remembering Noelle McCown
